The enforceable terms governing your reservation are those in effect at the time of booking and confirmed by payment and/or signature, as applicable.
The Boat Use Agreement applies only to guests who rent the WHH skiff or use WHH-operated Boat Taxi services. Guests who do not use WHH-provided boats are not required to execute the Boat Use Agreement.
